Your Complete BPC-157 & TB-500 Guide:
What to Order + Step-by-Step Reconstitution & Use

What to Order (Shopping List)

Here’s exactly what I tell everyone to get:

1. BPC-157 & TB-500 Peptides
- I recommend 10/10 mg vials
Right now I use: Penguin Peptides

2. Bacteriostatic Water (BAC Water)
- 30 ml sterile vial.
- Search Amazon for “bacteriostatic water 30ml” or “bacteriostatic water for injection”.
- Look for glass vials from reputable brands (note: availability can change — always check expiration and sterility).

3. Diabetic / Insulin Syringes
- U-100, 31 gauge, 5/16" (8 mm) needle, 0.5 ml size.
- Buy on Amazon: SureComfort, Easy Touch, or BD Ultra-Fine.
- Buy a box of at least 100 — they’re cheap and individually wrapped.

Amazon.com: SureComfort U-100 Insulin Syringes 31G x 5/16" 3/10cc 1/2 Unit (8 mm), For Diabetes Care, Box of 100 : Health & Household

4. Alcohol Pads
- Buy on Amazon
- 70% isopropyl alcohol prep pads (individually wrapped).

Reconstitution Instructions (Recommended Ratio)

For a 10 mg vial + 3 ml bacteriostatic water
This is now my preferred starting ratio because it gives a nice easy concentration for 500 mcg daily dosing.

Concentration after reconstitution:
10 mg / 3 ml = 3.33 mg/ml (3333 mcg/ml)

Dose per 10 units (0.1 ml) on insulin syringe: ≈ 333 mcg

To reach 500 mcg daily:
Draw 15 units (0.15 ml) once per day.

Step-by-Step Reconstitution (same as before, just updated numbers):

  1. Wipe tops of peptide vial and BAC water vial with alcohol pad.

  2. Draw 3 ml of bacteriostatic water into your syringe.

  3. Slowly inject it down the side of the 10 mg peptide vial. This is important. The powder is very fragile. Do not inject liquid fast, directly into the powder. Hold the peptide bottle upside down at a 45 degree angle, inject the water SLOWLY, upward at 45 degree angle into Peptide bottle.

  4. Don't ever shake it! Gently roll between fingers until fully dissolved.

  5. Refrigerate at all times for storage.

Updated Quick Calculation Table (10 mg vial)

BAC Water Added Concentration mcg per 10 units (0.1 ml) Units needed for 500 mcg 3 ml 3.33 mg/ml 333 mcg 15 units
2 ml 5 mg/ml 500 mcg 10 units
4 ml 2.5 mg/ml 250 mcg 20 units

Recommended starting dose:
300-500 mcg per day (10-15 units from the 3 ml reconstitution)
You can split into 250 mcg twice daily if preferred (≈ 7–8 units each time).

Why this ratio works well

  • Easy math: 15 units = 500 mcg

  • Less volume per injection than more dilute mixes

  • Still comfortable with 31-gauge insulin needles

  • One 10 mg vial lasts about 20 days at 500 mcg/day

How to Inject (Subcutaneous – Easiest Method)

Inject near site of injury or pain.

1. Wipe the injection site with an alcohol pad.

2. Pinch a fold of skin.

3. Insert the needle at a 45–90° angle.

4. Inject slowly, then withdraw.

5. Dispose of the syringe safely.

Storage & Shelf Life

- Unreconstituted (powder): Store in the fridge or cool, dark place. Good for 1+ year.

- Reconstituted: Keep in the refrigerator. Use within 4 weeks for best potency.

- Never freeze reconstituted vials.

- Keep away from light and heat.

Quick Tips from Years of Personal Use

- Start low and titrate up.

- Stay consistent — results build over 4–8 weeks.

- Pair with good sleep, protein, and light movement for best recovery.

- Rotate injection sites.

- If anything feels off, stop and consult a doctor.
